Need a Handyman or Roofer in Baltimore or Annapolis (or in between)?

Try the new Baltimore Handyman App EFynch.com.

EFynch Co-Founder Teris Pantazes remembers the need for this app clearly because it was a time that he understood the need to create something better.
One day in his town home in Towson he was attempting to hang a flat screen TV on the drywall in his living room. Newly decorated, his home was all ready for the new baby he and his wife were expecting.

“I hung the TV mount on the wall, lifted the TV halfway up and then” Teris pauses, he knew he needed help. Teris then looked over to his 8 month pregnant wife sitting on the couch and instantly was made aware she could not help him,

“So there I was, in a new neighborhood. I did not know anyone and couldn’t’ get help. Yet, I was less than 1 mile from Towson University or several other college’s in Baltimore. I knew from experience of my time in college that there were probably several handymen, student, or other hard working people that would love to come help for a few bucks.” Then, EFynch was born.

Homeowner can use Efynch to access the local trades around their homes. Roofers, electricians, plumbers, handymen, landscapers, lawn mowing, laborers, hauling—- whatever you need- Efynch can help you find those trades plus even connect you with another talent pool that includes the local college student or 20something that is just looking for side work or extra money.

In a crowded field of Home Improvement Sites, a majority of sites listed have call centers, collect your information and use their salesman to trade your personal contact data with other sites and ultimately sell them to local home pros (like the local painter or drywall repair guy). Pantazes wants to do something different and emphasizes the need to protect privacy and provide a solution to help the average homeowner or new homeowner utilize a resource when needed help fixing something around the house.

So the next time you need help with a project around the house. Whether someone to do the job or even the DIY homeowner that wants someone to hold the other end of a board, EFynch can help.

The app is available on both iphone and android. They currently serve all of Maryland and Washington D.C including Annapolis, Columbia, Ellicot City, Frederick, Catonsville, Upper Marlboro, Rockville, Bethesda, Laurel, Timonium, etc.
